The breakfast was superb with homemade variety. Polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with great amenities. Ideal location with a beautiful view of the castle. Close to main sights and train station.

Comfortable and spacious room with a fantastic view of Shimabara Castle. Easy check-in and helpful receptionist who recommended a fantastic dinner spot. Convenient location near the Arcade and attractions like the Carp Stream area and Samurai houses. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a convenience store, public transportation, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with free Wi-Fi. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering a welcome drink upon check-in.

The hotel's check-in and check-out times were inconvenient, with check-in being at 4pm and check-out at 10am. finding restaurants open for breakfast was challenging during the New Year period.

This hotel was the perfect base for exploring the local attractions like the carp stream area and Shimabara castle. The convenience store nearby was also a great bonus for any last-minute needs.
